Loose yes recommendation. It does most things okay and the integrated email client is the main reason for our company using this tool. Not too impressed with the customer service side though and the maintenance costs are expensive.

I have been using Goldmine for many years and in my opinion they have one of the best CRM solutions. The lead tracking is exceptional and the reporting capabilities are very useful. I have also spent some time customizing the tool although this is not for the faint hearted, as you would expect.
