Reviewers Comments:
It took forever to choose a CRM solution that would
fit best(cost and features). It's very easy to
customize with a lot of features and pretty
reasonably priced. There are some limitations
particularly with the custom reports as they don't
seem that obvious to generate. We are still learning
as we only got the product a few months ago but
the support has been great and I'm not sure how we
managed before!!
