NetSuite really missed the mark on several levels. I managed the implementation from the client side and NetSuite totally over sold and over stated it usability and functionality. After months of launching the companies new presence via NetSuite, we learned late in the process that most functionally relies on 3rd Party vendors and applications. Would I suggest NetSuite? Definitely not. I would suggest doing your research before committing or having really deep pockets and a high propensity for excuses.

When you compare CRM solutions it is not easy to identify which provider can best address your needs. Add to that the fact that there are what seems like hundreds of different CRM providers out there. So basically we decided to go with Netsuite CRM as they have a clean, easy to follow website, a nice demo and a free trial period. This allowed us to fully evaluate the solution before committing and it seems to be working out well so far. I would recommend that businesses new to CRM look for the free trial offers while at the same time ensuring that they can commit the time and energy to properly evaluating and understanding the system. It is not an easy process but it is well worth it in the long run.

Powerful, well integrated and comprehensive CRM solution. Reporting capabilities are awesome. In saying that however it requires quite a bit of training to become accustomed to the interface. Definitely much more powerful than your typical on-demand CRM system.

Netsuite CRM solution is a solid offering although somewhat expensive when compared to other CRM solutions available on the market. The benefits and functionality that it provides create a decent overall value though so I think it is worth it.

Netsuite offers a fully integrated CRM system for an extremely competitive price. The CRM solution seamlessly linked into our customers and quickly enabled tracking of sales, documents, calls, issues, etc. This is a fully hosted solution so avoids internal IT challenges while allowing everyone to focus on growing the business.
