Really happy with this solution. Did not really understand how powerful CRM can be for a business until we tried it. The Oracle sales CRM application in particular has been a huge success for us and has helped streamline our customer management.

Simple to use CRM with good reporting and analysis. Additional benefit of being easy to integrate with other Oracle application solutions. Oracle OnDemand perhaps lacks some of the features and functionality of some other CRM solutions. Works well for our small business though and a good investment overall.
