If you have some end of year money that you need to use then SAP is a good way to spend. Unfortunately it is hard to use, with personal actions being extremely difficult to get right the first time, as it is not intuitive.

I would highly recommend SAP as it can ensure people to work together instead of building isolated empires. I have worked with SAP for 9 years now, and it is the foundation for clean information, need I say more?
